My grandson jus...This sounds like a wonderful book. My grandson just started playing kid pitch and loves anything about baseball. I think he will be able to identify with the story. He has had to work extra hard to move up in batting order and many of the other kids are more experienced, but he's making great progress! She was also the only girl playing baseball with the boys, and several of the league coaches wouldn't take and said she should be playing softball.
