Middle Grade
I'm actually not sure if the March series is middle grade or YA. What I do know is it is a powerfully written graphic novel about the civil rights movement written from the point of view of Congressman John Lewis. As soon as I finished it I handed it to my sixth grader.

Everything everything was cock full of surprises for me. I have The Sun Is Also a Star to get to soon. I just hope it is as good. I am looking forward to it. March is on my must read in 2016 so I know I have that to look forward to.

ReplyDeleteI really need to pull my March set off my book shelf and read it! I'm on hold for Everything, Everything at the library and can't wait to read that one. I have heard that The Sun is Also a Star is really good as well.

ReplyDeleteI read Everything Everything and it didn't really do anything for me, but I wasn't a huge fan of YA when I was a Young Adult, so I don't think I'm the right audience for this kind of story. ;-)
